  2. Heat the pan, add the oil. Add hot oil, fry onion. Add all the vegetables, mix well. Add red chili sauce, black soy sauce, salt, chili powder. Mix well, cook for five minutes. Leave to cool
  3. Knead the flour again. divide into parts Roll into an oval shape to create slits like fish fins. Pour the frozen vegetable mixture in the center.
  4. Add grated cheese because I didn't have any. Fold it into a cross. Add to the pan and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
