Hello everyone, I hope you have a nice day. Today I'm going to show you a unique and easy way to make instant breadsticks with wagyu chili beef. This is one of my favorites. I'm going to make it a little more private this time. It will be fragrant and tasty.
Let's face it, cooking isn't just a top priority in the lives of every man, woman, or child on the planet. In fact, more and more people are realizing how important cooking is in their lives. This means that people generally rely on healthy family foods, a mix of meals and preserves, rather than wasting time and time on personal indulgence.
Creating a balanced diet is often difficult because many people don't want to take the time to plan and prepare meals that our family refuses to eat. At the same time, we want our families to be healthy, so we find ourselves forced (and, unfortunately, sometimes punished) to learn new and improved ways to prepare healthy meals for our families.
The best part is that you don't have to relearn the basics of cooking by listening to them. This means that in general you can constantly develop and expand your culinary skills. As you learn new recipes and improve your cooking skills and abilities, you'll quickly learn that cooking your own food from scratch is much more efficient than preparing prepackaged meals bought off the shelf at home.

How to Make Wagyu Beef Fried Bread Tacos with Hatch Chili
- To make the chili salsa, preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the peppers, jalapeños, chopped sweet onion and tomatoes in a baking dish. Lightly toss all ingredients in a baking dish with grapeseed oil. Also, sprinkle the ingredients with fresh honey and black pepper. Then pour a few tablespoons of grape seed oil into the pan. Cut off the top (horizontally) of the garlic heads and place the cut edges in the oil and place the garlic in the pan.
- Sauté the vegetables for 45 minutes or until everything is caramelized and puffed. Remove the baking pan from the oven and let it cool. Once cooled, place everything except the garlic cloves in a blender. Take the head of garlic and squeeze the garlic cloves from the head. Place in a blender. Mix everything until smooth. Add sherry vinegar and lemon juice. Season with salt and fresh black pepper. Reservations.
- To prepare Wagyu Bottom Round Stick, preheat oven to 325°F. Heat a large grill over medium heat. Cut a round pile of purebred wagyu into 1-inch cubes and season the cubes with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. When the grill is hot, add 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil. Let it warm up. Then add the wagyu cubes. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. After cooking, deglaze the pot with beef broth.
- Use a wooden spoon to drag all the good parts to the bottom of the pan. Add 3 cups precooked chili salsa. Place to serve with leftover salsa tacos. Bring the ingredients to a boil and turn off the heat. Cover the fire with a lid. Then put it in a preheated oven, let the beef stew for 2 hours.
- When the wagyu beef is ready, prepare the salsa and bake the bun (start toasting the bun for about 30 minutes after preparing the pork).
- Prepare raw salsa in a bowl by combining seeded and chopped roma tomatoes, chopped red onion, chopped garlic, chopped jalapeño and chopped cilantro leaves. Season with lemon juice, coconut salt and freshly ground black pepper. To order
- In a medium frying pan, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center of the dough and pour boiling water into it. Hands begin to work with the mixture. Pour the flour onto a clean work surface. Remove the flour and knead lightly. The flour should be soft and moist, but not stick to your hands. Add a little flour or water until you get the right consistency.
- Roll the dough into a 3-inch-wide log and cover with plastic wrap. Let the flour rest for 10 minutes. Cut the flour into 8 parts. Roll each dough into a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Using a ballpoint pen and extra flour, roll each ball of flour into a round, flat disc about 1/4 inch thick. Pour a centimeter of cast iron into a pan with vegetable oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Heat the oil for about 5 minutes. When ready to fry, it should be 360-380 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Fry the flour for 2 minutes on each side or until the flour is golden brown and crispy. Put the finished fried bread on a baking sheet covered with kitchen paper, let it drain.
- The last step is to remove the dough from the oven and place it in the pan (including the mashed waggio beef stew). Place the bread slices in a large bowl. Place each fried bun on the cooked wagyu pepper. Then top each taco with shredded cabbage, raw salsa, and chili salsa toast. Garnish with chopped fresh kizo and serve warm in tacos. Enjoy!
