- 1/4 cup hot water
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active or instant dry yeast (rapid rise)
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt or plain plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 2 tbsp more for cooking
- Chop 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 cups flour and baking powder - 19 1/2 oz. or 560 grams
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

- Mix water, sugar and yeast. Leave the mixture for 5-10 minutes until it starts to foam
- Add milk, curd, oil, minced garlic, flour and salt. Knead by hand until the dough comes together.
